    Rescued Animals Available For Adoption in Saugus on Saturday

    Dogs, puppies and cats looking for new owners after abusivestart.

     

    More than 50 dogs and 30 cats found will be up for adoption from10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Canine Country Club in BouquetCanyon. The adoption event is being coordinated by the Gentle Barn,which helped rescue the dogs and cats kept in abusive and unhealthyconditions on a compound in the desert near Lancaster.

    Three Canyon Country men arrested for vandalism suspected inseveral other incidents.

     

    Another deputy-involved shooting happened Wednesday night whenCOBRA officers fired on a vandalism suspect as he reached under theseat of his car. No one was hit in the incident, which resulted inthe arrest of three Canyon Country men for felony vandalism.
