    Alleged Drunk Driver Slams Into Fire Engine, Killing Passenger

    Two people killed, CHP officer injured, in rain-related accidents Friday night.

     

    A woman allegedly driving under the influence rear-ended a Los Angeles City Fire engine on the northbound Antelope Valley Freeway Friday night, sustaining minor injuries and killing her passenger, a 25-year old  woman from San Fernando.

    Rink Tour will stop at Ice Station Sunday.

    The Los Angeles Kings will visit seven Southern California area ice rinks for the third-annual 2008 LA Kings Rink tour on Sunday, January 6, beginning at 3 p.m. 

     

    Groups of Kings players, coaches and broadcasters will travel to each rink in the program to conduct on-ice clinics with youth hockey players and take part in a 30-minute autograph session with fans, as the club continues its outreach and looks to grow the sport of hockey.
