A letter from the city of Santa Clarita, detailing the progress of the Magic Mountain/I-5 expansion project currently under construction:
The contractor, Security Paving, has completed removal of vegetation in preparation for constructing retaining walls along the northbound I-5 off-ramp at Magic Mountain Parkway east to Tourney Road. The next phase for the retaining walls will be the coordination with ExxonMobil for the placement of their new lines. This work will begin the end of August.
