Dodgers Win 4-3

The Dodgers beat the Diamondbacks 4-3, Saturday night, in game two of a three game series. Jeff Kent broke a 3-3 tie with the Diamondbacks with a homerun in the ninth inning. Tune in to KHTS Sunday at 1:00pm when the Dodgers will play game three against the Diamondbacks.

Route 14 Closures Scheduled 8/28 - 8/31

PALMDALE – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the Antelope Valley Freeway (Route 14) in the following areas nightly
from Monday, August 28 to Thursday, August 31:

Southbound Route 14
(Midnight to 4 a.m. Closures will not be concurrent)
· Avenue P to Palmdale Boulevard. Detour will be 10th Avenue west to southbound Route 14.
· Palmdale Boulevard to Avenue S. Detour will be 10th Avenue west to southbound Route 14.

Dodgers Lose 9-7

On Friday night, it took 15 innings, but the Dodgers would eventually fall to the Arizona Diamondbacks, 9-7. You can hear the second game of this series, Saturday at 6:00pm on KHTS.
