Newhall residents and property owners don't need to fear losing their property to the redevelopment of the tired community, city staff told the Planning Commission on Tuesday.
As part of the commission's regular meeting, city staff conducted their second public hearing regarding the draft Downtown Newhall specific plan, which proposes to revitalize the community into "a thriving, mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented urban village".
