All Lanes Open At I-5 North Of 14

All lanes had been blocked by large accident

Just after noon, a six-car accident blocked all lanes of the southbound I-5 just north of the 14 freeway. Initially, it was reported there were parties trapped, but that turned out not to be the case. One juvenile was airlifted to Childrens Hospital, Los Angeles and animal control responded to the scene to assist CHP officers.

Lanes were cleared by 1:30 p.m. and vehicles towed from the scene.
