Grab your friends, gal groups, daughters and moms! May 2013, women from all walks of life will raise some noise as we raise our hammers to help with the construction of 87 veteran homes for needy veteran families. The San Fernando/Santa Clarita Habitat for Humanity WE (Women's Empowerment) Build has helped to construct more than 220 houses in our community. Join us as we raise this new neighborhood from the ground with our own hands. No experience necessary. If you don't have any construction skills, don't worry! Many women come to the Women's Build site with now construction skills at all and still make a great impact. Training is provided.
